On Saturday 24th May principal players from Foden’s Band will be joining Wychavon Festival of Brass to deliver a masterclass for young players aged between 10 and 18 at Bromsgrove School. The day will commence at 10 am and finish after a short performance at about 2 pm.

Foden's Band is currently the number one ranked brass band in the world with a history of making music at the highest level going back more than 120 years. This is an opportunity for our next generation of brass band instrumentalists to be inspired by some of the best brass band musicians in the country. 

Bromsgrove school provides first class facilities and is easily reached from all directions and is close to the M5 motorway. 

There are lots of free places available for all brass band and percussion instruments, and promises to be a truly memorable day.

A number of places will be allocated for each type of instrument to create a balanced ensemble. We will confirm places in order of registration, provided that we agree that the instrumentalist meets the standard of playing required to make full use of the opportunity. Wychavon Festival of Brass reserves the right to refuse players where the standard of performance is considered to be too low, or if places are oversubscribed.
